Requirements definition and management
Bond manages business and user requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle of a technical solution implementation. We work with organisations and their stakeholders to identify, gather, and analyse functional and non-functional requirements that inform the design and development of software, services, products, and systems. This includes the prioritisation of requirements, negotiating trade-offs between requirements that are in conflict, and the development of requirements into formats that enable design and testing decisions (e.g. user stories).
Business Process Improvement
Bond creates new approaches to performing business activities against an evolving environment of business needs. We work with internal stakeholders to analyse business processes and improve performance, and business opportunities, and deliver new or improved products/services, including identifying and implementing improvements to business models, business operations and services, and the required business capabilities to respond to the change.
Change Management
Bond support organisations going through transformation, evolution and change by planning, designing and implementing activities to transition the business and its people from a current to a future state. We collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a business change implementation plan, identifying required changes to processes, procedures, systems, structures, and ways of working. We implement change readiness and capacity and provide tailored support engagement, communication and training for stakeholders involved in and impacted by the changes. We work with change champions to create sustained capacity for organisations to embed the change in an environment of complexity.
